HOTEL DES ARTISTS
There’s a new hotel in the new city! Hotel des Artists recently opened it doors on the scene, giving Chiang Mai an alternate upscale boutique option. Developed in the charming Wat Gate neighbourhood, nestled alongside the Ping river on a beautiful Willow tree covered property. The hotel is a beautiful fusion of ancient merchant traditions, Chinese architecture and western luxuries.
ROOMS & SUITES
Consisting of three variations of accommodation, you will surely find a level of comfort that meets your expectations. With 19 rooms in total, Standard and River view rooms are housed in the main building, constructed around a central courtyard over three stories. The Willow suites, the most spacious of the bunch, are located amongst the gardens alongside the river at the back of the hotel, and offer a peaceful retreat from city life.
Café des Artists cafe is situated at the front of the hotel, adjacent to the hotel lobby and also offers street access. Inspired by the ancient merchant marketplaces that once occupied the surrounding area, it delivers an exceptional atmosphere to spend some time in at any point during your stay. Serving an all day breakfast allows you to schedule your time as you see fit.
FOOD & DRINK
The Café is separated into two sections, each distinctly different in their offerings. The coffee shop offers high quality blends, a large selection of fine Teas along with an assortment of other hot and cold beverages. Do try the frozen Iced Tea on a hot summers day to cool down!! Near the back of the hotel is the dining area which overlooks the willow tree lined gardens and Ping river. A creative menu offers delicious Asian cuisine.
This stylish hotel is a great addition to Chiang Mai and will likely leave a lasting impression on all it’s guests. Amongst the great amenities offered, visitors can enjoy a dip in the infinity pool, unwind in the peaceful library or spend time relaxing with an in-house massage. If you are looking for a private retreat in an amazing city, this is the place.
